We had the pleasure of dining at Alchemist, a delightful restaurant located on Paralia Agia Pelagia. This charming eatery quickly became one of our favorites, offering an incredible dining experience with a perfect blend of delicious food, outstanding service, and a beautiful seaside location.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Alchemist made us feel right at home, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The restaurant’s location, right on the beachfront, provided a stunning backdrop for our meal, adding to the overall charm of the place.

We started our meal with a selection of appetizers that set the tone for the evening. The calamari and grilled octopus were simply to die for, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. We also tried the white sangria cocktail, which was highly recommended by our server, and it did not disappoint. The refreshing drink was the perfect complement to our seafood starters.

For our main courses, we decided to explore the diverse menu and were not disappointed. The seafood platter was a highlight, featuring an array of fresh and perfectly cooked seafood that left us wanting more. The lamb with wine in the oven was another standout dish, tender and flavorful, making it a memorable part of our meal.

What truly set Alchemist apart was the exceptional service. Our waiter, Vangelis, was attentive and knowledgeable, recommending dishes and ensuring that we had everything we needed. The head chef, Kostas, even took the time to come out and chat with us, adding a personal touch to our dining experience.

The restaurant’s elevated position above the beach offers stunning views of the sea, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely meal while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
