Our exploration of Crete’s cultural vibrancy led us to the enchanting Cretan Lyra Museum, a sanctuary dedicated to the island’s traditional music and its most iconic instrument. Nestled in the modern part of Rethymnon Town, this museum, doubling as a workshop, offered us an intimate glimpse into the heart of Cretan musical heritage.
