During our enchanting stay in Agia Marina, Crete, we had the delightful pleasure of dining at Cosy Restaurant, a family-run gem nestled on Dominikou Theotokopoulou Street. Our visit began with a warm welcome from the staff, who immediately made us feel at home. We were treated to welcoming bites and sangria, setting the perfect tone for our evening. Theodosi Restaurant specializes in Greek and grill cuisine, and every dish we savored there was a testament to the freshness and quality of their ingredients.

We started with the mussels saganaki and sardines crostini, both bursting with flavor and showcasing the best of local produce. For the main course, we enjoyed the moussaka and souvlaki. The moussaka was perfectly layered and baked, while the souvlaki was tender and cooked to perfection.

The atmosphere of Cosy Restaurant significantly enhanced our dining experience. Despite its location near the bustling main road, the restaurant offers a serene dining environment, making it a perfect spot for both lunch and dinner. The service matched the quality of the food—efficient, professional, yet warm and personal. The owner and her team went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional.

Each meal was complemented by a selection of wines and cocktails, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our meals. We also took advantage of their special happy hour, enjoying delicious and well-crafted drinks at half price.

The polite and attentive service, coupled with the outstanding food and the charming location, made Cosy Restaurant a place we returned to multiple times during our stay.
