Pallas Chania

During our recent trip to Chania Town, we had the pleasure of dining at Pallas, a delightful restaurant located at 15-17 Akti Tobazi. Pallas offers a captivating blend of Mediterranean, European, and Greek cuisines, making it a culinary gem in the area.

We opted for a rooftop table, which provided us with an unparalleled view of the old harbor and the iconic lighthouse. The setting was perfect for watching the sunset while enjoying our meal. The ambiance was both romantic and vibrant, enhancing our overall dining experience.

To start, we ordered a selection of appetizers including grilled calamari, octopus, and taramasalata. Each dish was impeccably prepared, bursting with flavor. For the main course, I chose the fresh sea bass, while my partner went for the lamb shank. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, with the sea bass boasting a crispy skin and tender flesh, and the lamb shank melting in the mouth.

The staff at Pallas were exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable. They recommended a fantastic local wine that paired wonderfully with our meal. Their service was friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed and well-cared for throughout the evening.

To top off our delightful meal, we indulged in the mille-feuille and cheesecake for dessert. The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were divine, providing a sweet ending to an unforgettable dining experience.
